Can't really complain about the included service with car purchase...but.. I was there forever. Man beside me was over 3 hours. Two others also had been there a long time. I don't necessarily find this horrid as I do want the tech to give my auto the necessary attention to detail. I did have to ask for them to wash it. That used to be the norm. Service Advisor was nice. Waiting room small but clean with coffee area.

I drove all the way from Raleigh because the deal Eddie offered was simply that good—and because I trusted him. From start to finish, Eddie was honest, straightforward, and never once made me feel pressured. DJ was equally great. They worked together seamlessly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Buying a car can be exhausting, but this experience was the opposite. When it’s time to replace my second car, I would happily drive another two hours to work with them again. They’re exactly the kind of people I want to give my business to.

The whole team went above and beyond. Tonya and Seth are an incredible force multiplier and their synergy is an unmistakable and integral component of Hyundai of New Bern staff. When I picked up my car it was clean and the overall appearance was even better than when I had entered their garage. With this kind of service why would anyone go anywhere else? Thanks Hyundai, they are deserving of praise and appreciation. Who could've known it would require removing the entire seat to change a headrest. . . didn't phase them a bit.

I have said so many positive things about New Bern Hyundai and the service department that I am running out of words!! I needed a list of things yesterday, and Seth kept me informed every step of the way and was friendly and straight-forward about everything! The service desk staff are so professional, attentive with frequent updates as you wait for your vehicle, explanations as to any problems found with the car. They correct the problems quickly and completely on your first visit.

The battery died on my 2017 Sonata while in my garage. Seth at Hyundai if New Bern arranged to have a tech drive to my house with a hot box to jump the car. Once running, I drove the car to the shop. The service team replaced the battery and I was on the road in less than 2 hours. I was also charged a good price for the service. As usual my experience was exceptional.

The service desk staff were great. Shout out to Seth. He was very helpful with my engine replacement under Hyundai's extended warranty. The shop guys work fast. Probably too fast. It's a mixed blessing to have the car back so quickly. Sounds like these guys do engine swaps regularly and probably get a little complacent. Oil is overfilled, missed a hose clamp on a coolant line, which meant I had a coolant leak, and also missed some coolant support brackets, which caused some light knocking under the hood. Also found some loose hardware in the engine compartment when i was searching for my coolant leak. Im glad to have my car back, but I wish they would've kept it for another day or two to make sure it was done right. It makes me wonder what else was missed or ignored? I'm just glad they warranty their work, i have a feeling I'll be back, unfortunately.
