The whole team went above and beyond. Tonya and Seth are an incredible force multiplier and their synergy is an unmistakable and integral component of Hyundai of New Bern staff. When I picked up my car it was clean and the overall appearance was even better than when I had entered their garage. With this kind of service why would anyone go anywhere else? Thanks Hyundai, they are deserving of praise and appreciation. Who could've known it would require removing the entire seat to change a headrest. . . didn't phase them a bit.

I highly recommend Hyundai of New Bern if you’re looking for a new car or suv. We needed another car but we were nervous about the payments. You can’t get a new vehicle these days without working your life away to pay it off, but our experience here was refreshing and not what we expected to walk into. From the time we walked through the doors to the time we left, we were very comfortable and there were no high pressure sales tactics or aggressive salesman. We had Curtis as our salesman, he listened to what we wanted and did not suggest anything other than that. He was nice, in a good mood, easy to talk to, professional but was just an ordinary person like us, he wasn’t one of those “better than you” kind of car salesman. Kevin was the sales manager we worked with. He did not hesitate to fulfill everything he promised. He was polite, always smiling, professional, and very knowledgeable. He worked with us in every aspect. He wasn’t one of those “mico managment managers” he let his employees do their jobs, but was right there every step of the way if we needed him for anything. Annika was the finance manager we delt with. She made all this happen. She was fast, friendly, intelligent, professional and very much a people person, She would explain anything we asked or didn’t understand regardless of how many timeses she had to say it I would highly recommend this dealership over any dealership in New Bern. We visited all of them and were not impressed with any of their employees. Hyundai took our concerns, wants, and needs and made them their own.

Seth is great in the service department. Answers all your questions in a timely manner and returns calls. Very polite as well.

I have said so many positive things about New Bern Hyundai and the service department that I am running out of words!! I needed a list of things yesterday, and Seth kept me informed every step of the way and was friendly and straight-forward about everything! The service desk staff are so professional, attentive with frequent updates as you wait for your vehicle, explanations as to any problems found with the car. They correct the problems quickly and completely on your first visit.

The battery died on my 2017 Sonata while in my garage. Seth at Hyundai if New Bern arranged to have a tech drive to my house with a hot box to jump the car. Once running, I drove the car to the shop. The service team replaced the battery and I was on the road in less than 2 hours. I was also charged a good price for the service. As usual my experience was exceptional.

The service desk staff were great. Shout out to Seth. He was very helpful with my engine replacement under Hyundai's extended warranty. The shop guys work fast. Probably too fast. It's a mixed blessing to have the car back so quickly. Sounds like these guys do engine swaps regularly and probably get a little complacent. Oil is overfilled, missed a hose clamp on a coolant line, which meant I had a coolant leak, and also missed some coolant support brackets, which caused some light knocking under the hood. Also found some loose hardware in the engine compartment when i was searching for my coolant leak. Im glad to have my car back, but I wish they would've kept it for another day or two to make sure it was done right. It makes me wonder what else was missed or ignored? I'm just glad they warranty their work, i have a feeling I'll be back, unfortunately.

Seth is the best guy! He takes the time to call me by name. I am sure it’s right in front of him but it makes things feel like I am an old friend. He always looks out for me and goes an extra mile

Very easy process from beginning to the end. Everyone was incredibly nice. I want to give a shout out to Adel for helping me by showing me my new car features before I left. This is my 4th Hyundai since 2013. I love their service and how they treat customers. As Arnold would say, “I’ll Be Back!”

Excellent service! Everyone there truly cares. I had a rattle that was driving me nuts. It took a a few visits to figure it out but they found it and are taking care of it. The entire service team is awesome!
